After serving as an emergency reception site for three years, the Wallaardt Sacré Kamp (WSK) is back in the hands of the Dutch Ministry of Defence. Since August 2021, it housed Afghan refugees who had worked for the Netherlands. Despite promises of housing near their schools, many families were scattered across the Netherlands after the closure.
