VVOJ: the manual for investigative journalists

The Handbook is rich in practical tips, concrete step-by-step plans, handy checklists and striking examples from Flemish and Dutch media. Many recommendations have never been written down or published before. The book discusses, among other things, the internationally renowned Story-Based Inquiry method: a fast and effective way to organize and conduct journalistic research. In addition, various authors discuss the social, psychological, legal, financial, ethical and societal aspects of investigative journalism. The authors are practicing investigative journalists or otherwise involved in the daily work of investigative journalists.
